I just phone Mr. Cawker for the 1st time. It was about the insider dumping. First of all I cant believe that he takes share holder phone calls on Sundays and well he is at home. The man never takes a break from his work by the sounds of it. Anyways some of the people were told to take there option now for more money is needed for the company. Basically he said that instead of diluting more of the company shares he said he wants most of what ever was outstanding to be cashed in now if your an insider. Any company at this point in its exploration stages needs cash flow. If your a JV partner eventually you need to fulfill this partnership. He convinced me that this needed to be done and I believed him. He could not say who was involved with the PP but I svosteve wouldn't exclude insiders from being part of it. By the length of our conversation of 1 hour plus he's trying his best to make people forget that company of the past and look at the new company he is trying to make succeed for the future. This is a first for me. When ever i see a company with insiders selling their options like this I usually run for the nearest exit but this man has quashed those ambitions of running for the exit.
But this is only my point of view from his phone call. I suggest that if you are feeling the same exiting feelings give the man a call.
