Or they have hit and their letting their friends in at .18.

The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.

If the share price stays in the .22-.26 price range or higher, then the TSX will not approve it at .18.

The way it works is the TSX will except it if the SP is in a certain % range of the PP price. If its over by a certain % then it has to be repriced or canceled. If anyone knows the % range please fill us in. If not I'll look it up.
