That is what Mike Wills relayed to me also. MFN wants to get a clear pass from the government so that they won't be stopped again when they start pouring gold. That just be wishful thinking on the part of the company but at this stage of a very long mine development the companiy is doing the smart thing (IMHO). Get the government on your side ( for whatever that is worth) before you start going ahead 100% with production.

We've been waiting for years for this to happen another month or two won't kill us!
