I haven't seen a PR from the company yet with any official language on any illeged merger, everything you and your buddy are posting is speculation right now.

We all should reserve judgement until hearing from the company we all invested in, not from some nefarious poster who just joined a few weeks ago, meaning (zero gravity)....
