PropertyThe Sugarloaf property comprises 32 contiguous 20-acre lode claims located just south ofSugarloaf Hill in Sections 12, 13, and 14 in T. 45N, R. 50E, and Section 18 in T. 45N, R. 51E, Elko County. Nominal acreage is 640 acres (259 ha). No third party claims are present in the area, and the mineral rights are controlled by the U.S. Bureau of Land

Management. The surface rights are controlled partly by the BLM and partly by the Petan Ranch Company, as noted in Section 4.1. Sage Gold owns 100% of the Sugarloaf property subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty. In late 2007 Mexivada Mining made a significant Molybdenum discovery in their property adjacent to Sugarloaf. Sage plans to initiate exploration in 2008.
