They are doing a nice job on the operational level. The only thing is they have a strong tendency to issue more and more shares and options. In that sense Serge Roy seems more like a nice smiling but shrewed businessman who one cannot trust. Whether the latter is true I don't know but for me it sure looks like that. If it's the case it's a bad thing doing harm to the company and most shareholders.
