Another comment from the Smart Investor site:

"...one more thing that I was told at the annual meeting, they expect an announcement of their mine plan for Bachelor Lake in three weeks from last Friday - or Dec 18.

If I remember right, the pp closes the 11th and probably long term registered shareholders can still get in. There is selling pressure right now until the pp closes - a fund has been dumping some shares. In addition, they believe that these share prices will not last long. I added 20% to my hoard last Friday and doubled my childrens position.."
