Metanor (MTO-V) is a new Canadian Gold Producer located in Quebec. It reached commercial production on December 1, 2013 and will produce 50,000 oz in calender 2014 with a present all-in cash cost of $1,018US.

I don't think the NI 43-101 has been released. It is likely that they will wait until this year's drilling campaing is over, as you suggest.

I think it is important that share dilution is kept at a minimum. I am not up to date with respect to their costs and income figures lately but I would hope that with the higher price of gold they would be self financing exploration at this point.
