I like the fact MTO is preparing to go underground at Bachelor Lake. The grades there increase with depth, they plan to sink the shaft further and expand the resources to 1mil+ oz. The great thing about B.Lake is they don't have to haul the ore (like Barry 65km) so they will avoid a lot of hauling costs. They are indeed smart businessmen. For now they stockpile ore from Barry as they will close the road in spring for 1 month due to thaw. There is a lot of potential at Barry alone but the grades there are lower than at B.Lake. This is why they are mixing the ore to get an average of ~7gpt (Just to compare Goldcorp is mining its ore at an average of 20gpt and $300 US cash cost AMAZING :) There may be 1mil oz at Barry potential, 1+mil oz B.Lake, 1.5mil oz 200km radius, and Nelligan property with a "blue sky potential" (we don't know how much gold is in there). The great thing about Nelligan is it is only 4km away from the mill and if they do strike nice grades that would be just fantastic! For now Metanor has enough ore to feed the mill for another 15 years at 100,000 oz / year.
