CSG did the same thing. They got a plant up and running without a 43-101. Yes they got beat up but like MKR when the cash flows start you have to agree with the approach. What I really like to see however, is for these small guys to start up a dividend policy as soon as cash is available. If you can afford a 4 cent dividend then money investors will wake up. Plenty of investors are happy with a 4% divy.... that would suggest a fair price of $1.00. I'm looking forward to the first quarterlies.
