Yes, I suppose this means a more aggressive drive forward at a faster pace. Instead of hunkering down and living within their means, they appear to be taking a bold step to make things happen in the near term. Also, perhaps they already know more about Hewfran and Nelligan than they are prepared to let the general public know i.e. the results of their exploration work are so positive that they do not want to wait for another year.

Certainly the market didn't react negatively to this share diluation.
