I don't think they have used up all the line of credit. The quote was" they have used their line of credit". That does not mean that it is all used up, just that they have accessed it, for how much we don't know. It would be interesting to find out how much they have actually used. In any case, according to CFO Ronald Perry, they expect to be "out of it" soon, meaning they will again have the full $10 million available to them if/when they need it.
