Goodman and Co. now controls 10,000,000 MTO shares

According to Sedar on 10 March 2008, Goodman and Co. a Toronto investment firm, now controls almost 14% or 10,000,000 common shares of MTO.

What this means for small investors of the company, or MTO itself, I don't know. Perhaps it explains MTO's reluctance to announce gold production, to allow this transaction to go through at current levels.
