I didn't realize he was at the helm of this company. I first heard his name not in the mining industry but this year on the American Triple Crown trail. Apparently he is a horse enthusiast as well and bred/owns a horse named Tale of Ekati who ran fourth in the KY Derby. He named the horse after the diamond mine obviously.

Tale of Ekati is being towards the Belmont Stakes for a classic showdown with Big Brown.

He sure does seem to have a midas touch, I don't think I will be betting on him in the markets and on the racetrack!!
