70 million shares of Eloro Resources Ltd. to Megastar shareholders of record in consideration of the sale of its Simkar property. This requires the completion of Megastar's plan of arrangement and subsequent release from escrow of the Eloro shares which is subject to TSXV acceptance of the sale and acquisition of the Simkar property and registration of the title transfer of the property. Distribution would be 1.66 Eloro shares for each Megastar share.

Question is when will this happen? It seems that during the first week of January 2011 we all sold are shares. Why? Am I missing something here?
