Aug/12/2009 , Yiu Mingfung ,our company chairman and general manager and Hermes Chen, CEO of the Canadian company MedMira Inc., (“MedMira”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides agreed to set up a R & D center of rapid diagnostic technology in China, and to devote in exploring and expanding the rapid diagnostic market.
MedMira is a famous biomedical developer of rapid diagnostic products in the world, specializing in Colloidal Gold Markers technology and bio-sensor technology R & D, manufacture, sale of the relative products . Their products including HIV rapid antibody test have passed registration in the United States (FDA), North America, European Union (CE Marker) and Russia and other countries and regions . It is believed that the collaboration of Triplex and MedMira will promote the rapid diagnosis industry of China and Internationalization of Triplex .(Reported by Xie Zuofu)
