Mooseman, I can confirm your due diligence. I was recently at the storage rental place across the street and only one half of the sign was lit up.

Still have a ladder. By selling only 200 shares I could get a nice CFL dimmable bulb and I would be willing to donate it. That way the operating cost should be low enough that they might keep it on too....
