I see from the release about the newCFO that he has strength in raising money:

Mr. Slauenwhite was formerly based in Calgary, AB where he held various senior financial and management roles in the manufacturing, industrial, and engineering sectors. He has an exceptionally strong skill set in raising capital, managing resources across all business functions, corporate governance, and strategic expansion through sales growth, mergers and acquisitions.

This is more important than ever in this financial climate. Perhaps the feds buying out all the bad paper on the street will free some up, but finding money right now has to be near impossible. I hope that Mr. Slauenwhite brings that skill to the table in spades, because we may need more help in that regard than ever before.
