To start with, I was slightly disappointed with the price of this deal not it taking place or not.

I do not believe we lost the game, we are now actually ahead of the crowd. Just look at the number of BioTechs that failed recently. You will find that many had done trails and gone down, as they had no cash to run the show.

Anyone of you that have shares in the PP, can now sleep better knowng that has made an easy 50% gain within months in a markets filled with one color "Red".

Its your call to aboard now (1st PP holders) as its never bad to cash your gains. However, this story is only starting. JMHO

We have a silent shareholder that will not have his shares before March. So the potential 90M shares to be owned by PMI should affect the SP downward once the deal is sealed.

I believe that those willing to take a logical risk and hold till phase one results are out some time in 2009 will see more potential gains. This is the name of the game anyway, its risk vs reward.
