It is my understanding MDG will go to Phase 1 human trials in Dec 2008, possibly Jan 2009. Many countires around the world are very concerned about the bird flu mutating and spreading to humans. It is not beyond the realm of possibilites that MDG will be taken over by a large drug maker as MDG's story begins to unfold. The market for vaccines is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, perhaps billions. The makers of these vaccines and their various propietory patents at some point will be very valuable. Investors that have bought into MDG's story at current share prices are getting in on the ground floor is my take of the situation.

I bought into MDG with a long term investment outlook and plan to hold on to my shares until the companies goals come to fruition. Of course if a large drug company makes an offer for my shares at much higher prices, I will be more than happy to take the money and run.
