Count me in too. I'll defend you. NOT cannot be a one-hole wonder. They would not drill 30-odd holes into nothing. They have too many other anomolies to drill if one came up short.

I think Al just has the view of a day trader. That totally conflicts with longs. As long as you know where he stands, you can judge for yourself whether he has an hidden agenda. I find his comments entertaining and informative because you get a view from the other guys' perspective.

Longs won't be swayed by Al, irritated maybe, and newbies have lots of solid long investing expertise to choose from on the NOT FORUM. There is a good balance. Al may not like it, but I like when the longs challenge his assumptions...makes for a balanced forum. I wish that he hadn't run away so that we could have more spirited discussions. He is a knowledgable investors. There are also many knowlegable longs who see NOT in a whole different way. The real truth lies somewhere in between. For investors, knowledge is power.
