I suspect those retail investors that are anticipating a jump on the start of PRBs drilling and are buying in. The volume today is around a 100K each. I suspect that on NOT's assay annoucement both stocks will pop up dramatically and when the drills arrive on the property in a couple of weeks they will pop again. After that it will be up to the drills to determine if we placed our bets correctly.
