I am 99% certain that Smith has the geophysical info in his hands at this time. Also it's almost certain he'll end up using Belikin Mgmt to do the drilling as they are doing all of Noronts and have crews and drills up there. NOW it's going to be tough to shake loose a drill and crew to do the work because everyone is lined up waving money and Noront has jv partners who are going to get preference.

I think Smith is going to have to deal with Noront if they want to get action asap.
