that would be good if they took the stop out and could buy back at a lower price. But when they buy then the price of the stock goes up you loose like everything else positive's and negatives to different styles of trading have to go with what you are comfortable with.

I personally buy and hold but I do get a little up tight if the price drops to low after I buy it
