Polylabel, I don't usually post an anti-buy of any company on this board, but agree with you 1,000% on WSR. Do not touch with a 100 foot pole. I also went through their financial statements (that's what I do for a living) and $20M financing just doesn't add up as being feasable, no matter which angle I crunch the figures. Stay away, or just wait a year on that one and see what happens. You're probably welcome.
