For my money, UC's lawyers and principals understand their agreement. That is why they stated unequivocably

" our option agreement can't be violated, and covers such provisions. "

You evidence consists of what someone told someone else, and how you interpret the news release. My evidence is the statement from the company above.

I will end this debate if you will agree to point out the above company statement each time you posit your theory that no option agreement exits.
