I have not observed any concerns among the UC,SPQ and KWG administrations concerning their relative positions in the JV agreement, so it is odd to see board space occupied with this issue by people engaging in speculative paranoia.  Considering the man, Jim Voisin, president of UC, the company held suspect by some posters as to their position in the JV, I am quite satisfied with his comments as to the validity of UC's 55% potential earn-in.  I would well imagine he is on top of the legal issues within his company.  Having recently taken over in his new position, one of his first duties would be to become knowledgeable about the properties and obligations concerning his company.  I couldn't imagine J. Voisin letting an opportunity of this size slip by because he forgot to dot some "i's".
