Not to be harrassing or anything but in respect to the fact that you do good research could you for the general benefit of all find access to that formal documentation and when it was given regulatory approval. Thank you for your patience john.

I would ask anyone who has this information to please pass it on so we can conclude whether or not this proposal to amend this JV agreement was ever acted upon. Thanks anyone.
