You always miss out a key bit of information when you post. Snug the Joiner said this

"I chatted with Jim Voisin (CEO, UC Resources). He is a great guy, and he is pumped about McFaulds. (He said that he had purchased another 115,000 shares of UC this past week. Do you think he thinks he's going to find something big? :)

FOR JOHN DEFUR: I asked Jim about the UC Option Agreement - the paperwork is still at the lawyers. It has not been signed. However, that should be completed shortly."

Last sentence was omitted leading many to believe that it would never be signed.
