Hey mate cute lookin house you have there. What's your take on UC now that they've stepped up to the plate regarding the LOI and potentially earning in on 55% of most projects held by SPQ and KWG where most of thoer potential targets are. Pretty sweet here at the current price, more than a side way bet now.
