Mark, wouldn't you put in a higher sell because you actually WANT to sell at that price. So if the stock is on a run up, and you've placed your sell order and it gets filled, then you've realized the gains you had targeted for in the first place. Isn't this your exit point and by placing your sell order you're locking in your gains (or properly executing your entry and exit plan)?
