My take on side plays is this.

NOT is halted, the others are being flooded with proximity money. WSR and BMK are apparently the ones to benefit most from the halt since they are both up 25%. The question is, do you sell these and take the profit during this hysteria stage? Or do you hang in there and hope for more?
