They would keep drillers on site to.... drill. I doubt very much anybody is going home this weekend. Drillers get vactions between contracts - thats it. Other than that, the drills turn 24 hours/day, 7 days a week, and stop only for nasty weather, breakdowns, or hole changes.
They will be taking maximum advantage of the winter drill season, and with the weather and freezing issues likely putting them behind schedule, this will lead to even less 'break' time.
