The longer than I expected release of news from Noront might normally indicate nothing really fantastic in the way of news. In this case however we have seen considerable buying that looks like consolidation by major buyers, always a good indication. In addition there is a sort of good reason to wait if they can for the boss to return prior to releasing.

About all we know for sure is that they will be telling us the results of rhodium assay of a few pieces of core samples. Well we know there are some infill drill holes but assays from them unlikely to be in yet.

Big question is going to be what else have they found away from DE 1. My feeling is that it's not massive sulphides with 5 percent nickel since that would likely cause a halt. That's not necessarily bad news since a lower grade in large deposit can be worth a lot and it also indicates continuation of nickel/platinum group deposits.

Selling before hearing more seems a lot more risky that holding to see what cards are laid on the table.
