They aren't a company I'm interested in but my understanding there are two parts to the deposit. A smaller zone close to surface that can be surface mined and larger deposit that has to be mined below the surface. Total something like 10 milliion tonnes.

My guess is the deposit is borderline economic and too small for big guys to take an interest which means share price languishes.
