Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
Pardon me for revisiting this but now that Noront has $45 million or so in the bank it allows them a lot of elbow room.
FNC management are adamant that they have a piece of the ore body that Noront are proving up. If anything you'd assume Noront knows as much or more about the possible direction of mineralization than FNC's management.
So why no indication of a possible collaberation? FNC is not going to give away a major piece of this property but a deal to let go of a piece in order to prove up a deposit is in everyone's interest.
Structuring a deal can't be that difficult for these guys, they do this all the time and a Win Win deal seems possible. Depends how you split the risk, if Noront puts up more money for bigger percentage of jv then they take the chance of no ore body if less for less then FNC takes more risk.
Why be concerned? IF Noront with all their drilling think FNC doesn't have an extention of their found deposit then why should we believe FNC's interpretation based on less information?
