The share price as I recall for BMK at that time was around .80 cents. The pp was for ....30 or something like that which is ridiculous. Their reasoning to us dummies was ..well this was agreed upon before the spike.

Well if it was Nemis he would have renegotiated. This just looked like a matter of giving our money to some big wigs. I sold....Don
