In a unique or rare environment/situation/context such as this, I would argue that properties trump any concerns regarding management when it come to making investment decisions...
I do not like BMK's managment, but one has to look beyond that and consider who 'own's' them and what the potential is of their properties. A Ferrari with an idiot or an old lady at the wheel is still a Ferrari. In other words, the shortcomings of the owner does not detract from the value or attractiveness of the property....
