Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
What a difference a day makes. Yesterday the sky was falling before the market opened and today life is a bowl of cherries. I have to admit I like the cherry scenario better. LOL
The McFaulds Lake stocks went from doom and gloom during the market correction, to rumours and hype in a remarkable turn around. We went from NOT having a pencil deposit to once again having a mineable resource. Amazing how market sentiment can turn on a dime.
If indeed it is fact that Rhodium which sells for around $6,000 an oz is present in NOT's assays, one would have to assume the stock is way undervalued at current prices. Slowly NOT is nearing the $1,000 mark per tonne with the rich assays they are pulling hole after hole. Show me another base mining company that can come even close to these kind of numbers. Now the question is how many tonnes of this $1,000 per, of ore does NOT actually have proven. Nemis has stated we should see a completed resource estimate by end of Feb.
At the last Richmond Club meeting a figure of 7 million tonnes of ore was tossed out to the faithful as a resource estimate. 7 million tonnes at $1,000 per tonne, and this is without further step outs or hits on some of these new anomolies NOT is so hot on right now. If a person put a 10% value onto what NOT claims to have here, we should have a market cap around $700 million. This stock looks cheap at todays prices. JMHO
And yes I have a biased opinion as I am very long NOT currently. I have taken the reckless position of being 60% of my portfolio in Norant shares. Those $2.64's I bought were just too good to pass up last week. Let the #'s speak for themselves on this one.
I know I have been pounding the table for months on why an investor should own shares of FNC, but let me say this once again. Of all the stocks in McFaulds Lake there is no stock that has the potential to be a 10 bagger + like FNC. If I am wrong I will humbly eat crow on this one.
