Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
As the global markets meltdown due to the housing collapse and subprime issues in the US, most investors sit in shock. The deer in the headlight syndrome may best describe what is happening currently. Many investors and institutions are bailing in droves creating what is best described as tossing out the baby with the bathwater. It matters not how good a stock really is as investors sell the good stocks with the bad in an effort to get out before the next wave of selling begins. Personally I think we see a bounce shortly, many chartists believe we should see a bounce around DOW 12,200 which is only 300 points away.
So far the McFaulds Lake stocks have held up fairly well during the market crash. The sell off has been on low volume which is very encouraging going forward, for the most part the basket of stocks has avoided any panic selling. In fact KWG was up yesterday and FNC closed flat. Can the McFaulds Lake stocks withstand another day of selling remains to be seen, but I certainly see reasons to remain optimistic.
One suprise yesterday was to see John Harvey, VP of NOT doing an interview. He was upbeat about NOT but he gave a few reasons why I thought some of the Houses might want to short NOT. If what he says is to believed we honestly shouldn't see much on the news front from NOT before the end of the month. That would give the shorters a 2 week window to run amok over the share price, yet it didn't happen. As I tried to read between the lines from Harveys testimonial, the one thing that kept coming to mind was why would NOT do this interview at this time? Are they trying to trap a few of ther naysayers in their own game? Or was this interview done for genuine reasons? I guess we soon find out, I will go with a trap was set and as of yesterday there were no takers. In reality the $3.70 price line was defended all day. Sure makes me wonder if someone knows something us retail investors don't know.
I keep hearing we are going to get the first set of assay results from BMK sometime next week. I have no idea if this is indeed true, but I plan on holding some BMK stock just in case. If ever there was a time when the McFaulds Lake stocks needed some good results from the assay front, this is it. This would be a breath of fresh air to all McFaulds Lake stocks if BMK does well.
Also on the rumour front, I hear Hole #27 from NOT is going to be a good one. This came from a usually good source, but like all rumours unless it is backed by fact it is just a rumour. Personally I have never owned more shares of NOT than I do currently. I usually try and flip a few shares on a daily basis to try and bring down my cost per share, but the spread was just too tight yesterday, maybe today.
Best of luck to all McFaulds Lake shareholders, keep up the faith, its always darkest before the storm.
