Sure but what's the rush to jv for what seems to be minor up front dollars. Once one or two others hit pay dirt in the 'Ring of Fire' you'll have bigger and well heeled companies itching to turn some dirt.

The jv's signed aren't likely to increase current share value whereas signing a deal with a big company would. Seems like a rush to give away ground that has potential. Even Harvey in his interview was upbeat about the 'Ring of Fire'.
