Not sure what anyone else thinks about the past 3 jv's announced by Noront. Personally I feel two of the jv partners are lower tier companies and more substantial partners would be better. 

Noront probably recovers the cost of the staking but it's hardly big money involved. Those partners don't have enough up front money invested not to walk away if preliminary work turns up little. Puts a pretty low value on most of the claims at a distance from there DE discovery in my opinion.

On the other hand the more people turning over dirt up there the more it will help all the players.
