The JV that NOT is doing with SFF is excellent news.

Let me get this right, they put a claim on some moose pasture, they find a junior stock to JV with them. They get money up front, the junior takes all the risk. If the junior hits, NOT still remains the main operator of the moose pasture. If the junior misses, NOT walks away and risks nothing.
