Discuss the various junior resource companies within the McFaulds Lake Area
Noront needs to gain some respect for what they have found at DE 1 and a 43-101 and big board listing would go a long way towards getting it.
People are rightly suspicious of claims made by Junior Mining Companies as Historically iniitial claims made turn out to be pipe dreams. Noront have been very careful not to say what size deposit they have but point to opinions as to what could be there and nearby. We've not even had a peak at new aerial surveys.
A 43-101 carries weight as it's a factual interpretation of assayed drill results. I assume it will also try to put a current dollar value on the ore body.
Here's how I think the market might react to 43-101: Take dollar value of ore body and assume 50% value to Noront (What major wouldn't pay this as more will no doubt be added to resource). Just for argument sake say this is $3 per share.
Add $1 for Windfall (as per Wasserman), $2 for 'blue sky' represented by land position at Windfall and you get $6 per share.
*Of course hitting DE2 etc. adds to 'blue sky' value and revised 43-101's add to intrinsic value.
Speculative interest in Noront could of course drive share prices much higher but we will not see $28 without a 43-101 that supports that price.
