Dear Shareholder,  

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by UC Resources Ltd. 

Our agreement stipulates that we can participate in any property staked by our JV partners within 10km's of any existing properties held by any of the JV partners that is considered the "area of interest".  We are in discussions regarding newly acquired property.
