Nice little move up today but after reviewing the prospectus they sent out for the spun off Quest Uraniium I'm not sure who management is working for.

The offer is; buy same quantity as issued free to FWR holders of record as of Dec 10th at 15 cents a share. Quest plans a flow thru placement at 30 cents at same timing.

Well I believe FWR has some interesting targets in McFauld Lake area that makes it worth investing in. Quest however isn't something I see as valuable. FWR is off loading property they have to spend a ton of money on to keep claims current. So far on main target property a lot of bucks already spent but nothing proved up, indications requiring expensive followup is all I see.

So the management now will run another company and be paid salary and share options. Do you really think they'll take less from FWR because they are spending time on Quest? Now this whole deal might not be a bad deal for FWR as they unload property for more than any other Junior Exploration company would likely pay. Lets them concentrate on McFauld Lake where the real money should lie waiting.
