"I too would  love to live in a/the perfect world as well...but what can you or I realistically do about the Geopolitics/Wars of the world...except perhaps try to make some money to somehow protect ourselves..."

Unfortunately money offers no protection.  It is the pursuit of money largely that brings about the turmoil you seek protection from.  It is the pursuit founded on insecurity and nothing external can quench that.
