Can't say I don't agree with most of what he has to say as it is harmful to the majority of shareholders when that kind of deal is done. Especially since there would have been others willing to do a similar pp at higher value.

If management screws up they should be called on it HARD. I've stood up in Annual Meetings before and called a spade a spade. Boy did it not go over with Management and I was completely correct. I bailed out and company imploded within six months.

However BMK has some good looking properties. If something is found those market makers could push the price real high and real fast. Afraid I'll be out on the climb.
