goldfinger,

Unfortunately you don't see the problem with allowing companies like BMK to do PP's like they did. It amazes me anyone could be this stupid to not see the injustice here.

Management of BMK allowed a group of deep pocketed big guys into this stock at an over 50% discount to the market at the time. To make matters worse it was a flow through deal, meaning the real cost to this group was $.28 a share, after tax write offs. To make matters even worse they gave their rich buddies warrants also.

So you see goldfinger this is why I continue to bash BMK. If FNC did a PP like the one BMK did, believe me, I would bash them also. Don't think for one minute I haven't had a few choice words about the way FNC has kept their shareholders in the dark, go take a boo on the FNC forum from a few weeks back.

You ask me if I have proof the PP guys shorted BMK. Of course I have no proof, they aren't in the habit of showing me their stock market transactions. I will say this to you, the proof is in the pudding, open your eyes.

I agree with you, all the stocks in the McFaulds Lake play are down from their highs. However BMK has taken by far the biggest haircut, the stock has been more than cut in half. It has taken by a country mile the biggest beating in share price. It doesn't take a genius to figure out why.

Just remember it was BMK who ripped off the retail investor with that ridiculous PP, not me.

I am not against the small retail investor. I hope each and every time you guys/gals buy a stock you make money. Don't you understand, I am standing up for our rights as the little guy's. What BMK did was wrong, no one can ever convince me otherwise.

Al
