Agree it's bargain time but the old portfolio is hurting with recent top ups in NOT and a few others down sharply. Kind of hard to see anything worth moving out of in order to move into these. Might not be the only one sitting on the sidelines until improvement is evident.

Can't buy at the bottom and sell at the top or at least I never can so don't cry too much at times like these.
